It struck us that some posts and articles on "bridge envy" related to the rapid, emergency completion of the permanent Alhambra bridge as compared to the temporary Canyon Bridge (our articles here and here) might also mean Moragans have been suffering with "road envy," as Lafayette just completed a federally-funded landslide repair that was threatening St. Mary's Road near Rohrer Drive. That landslide occurred back in January and repairs were completed earlier this month, eleven days ahead of schedule.
Moragans afflicted with the condition will soon be able to turn their attention to other matters.
A lovely farewell article on the sinkhole is posted over at News 24-680.
